Deep cleaning starts at $280 plus tax. Your final price depends on the size and condition of your home. We’ll give you a clear estimate before we start, with no surprises.

How long does a deep clean take?
Most homes take 4 to 8 hours with a team of two, depending on size and condition. We’ll give you an estimated time when you book.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. We bring all the products and equipment needed. If you prefer a specific product in your home, just let us know.
Why does my first clean have to be a deep clean?
A first deep clean removes the buildup and brings your home up to our standard. After that, regular visits keep it there, and they take less time.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A $150 deposit secures your booking and is credited toward your deep clean. The deposit is non-refundable.
What if something isn’t right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to re-clean the missed area at no charge.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a key, lockbox or door code. Just let us know what works best for you.
